I am really excited to be able to offer you a day to help you prepare for summer.
The day will start at 10.30am and finish at 4.30pm. We will concentrate on the areas of the body which need a little more attention with the summer season upon us.
The morning will start with some uplifting Pilates and stretching. Lunch will be spent enjoying some nourishing food, where we will have time to chat and take a little stroll weather permitting.
The afternoon will be spent really opening up the body up and finishing with a guided relaxation session so you will leave feeling uplifted, energised and relaxed.
