The day will start with some stretching and opening of the body followed by an energising morning Pilates session. We will spend time on really connecting the body and moving into the exercises with more intention, all whilst listening to some beautiful music.
We will then enjoy a nourishing lunch where we will have time to share how we are feeling and weather permitting have the chance to take a little walk in the fresh air and delightful countryside.
